It appears they're on the verge of going public though so things are tightening up and once that sale happens, the question must be risen surrounding how much longer that leadership will be around and what their depatures impact will have on Sophos.Sophos provides endpoint, antivirus, data, mobile, email, web, and UTM (formerly by Astaro) protection - paired with our award-winning 24x7x365 global support. The new leadership has made many positive changes and given the company an identity which has resurrected growth/development. Their marketing has also gone from essentially non existant to very good and quickly. On good notes, there's been a huge effort to strengthen the channel which very important, espesically for a company that focuses on the mid-market busineses (increased about of MSP, tech advisors, etc.). It is rumored to be on the 'to review' list so it's possible this is fixed. While you can make great money in escaltors, those escalators are going to be very difficult to hit as quotas rose 30-45% per territory. Sophos is known for paying well below the market value, especially with internal promotions. While this is not entirely a bad thing, as it can be seen as a reaction to market needs, it seems like Sophos' changes are so frequent that it actually becomes quite disruptive to people in the company, channel and end user locations. Some of the problems, on the sales side, revolve around ever changing models. Management is approachable, people are for the most helpful and easy to work with.
